If
the parties agree before starting, or for arbitration required
by law, an appeal can be made to review or overturn an arbitration
decision if that appeal is made within a certain period of time.
Of course, deciding whether to appeal is difficult because tossing
the matter into court may mean huge costs, delays, and unpredictability.
Many people decide to live with a bad arbitration decision instead
of risk getting an even worse result from the court.
